Just letting you know I'm safe and well in Croatia, spent a day in the historic Dubrovnik and got a bus last night to split from which the islands can be reached. We are going to Hvar tonight which is supposed to be a party island. The water in the sea is clear and deep and calm makes for good swimming. I met up with a few kiwis and an English bloke I'm travelling with for a few days.
I may go through Sarajevo to Belgrade and then down to turkey in the next week once I've had my fill of Croatia. The weather's good about 23 degrees yesterday so it makes a change from London!
